YBYF registration is now available online!

Please follow steps 1-3 to complete the registration process. Please note that registration will not be considered complete until all required documents and registration fees for each player are received by YBYF.

Registration Checklist:

  • Complete Registration Form
  • Pay Registration Fee
  • Complete Registration Packet
  • Provide Current Physical
  • Provide Birth Certificate
  • Provide Proof of Insurance

Step 1:

Please fill in all required fields below to register your player. (You will need to fill out the form for each additional sibling that will be participating in our program)

Before completing this form, please review the Commitment page which defines what we expect from the participant, and their parent(s).

Step 2:

Pay the registration fee for each player you have added above. (Use the sibling discount of $10 for all addition family members)

Single Child $75.00 (+$1.95 transaction fee)
Additional Sibling $65.00 (+$1.95 transaction fee)

Step 3:

Download and complete the 2018 YBYF Registration Packet and supply a current physical, birth certificate, and proof of insurance before the first day of practice, July 23 2018.

Complete Registration Packets may be mailed to YBYF Registration, PO Box 1345 Oakhurst CA 93644 or brought to our first practice.
